When purchased products are available in the artsuppliesfinland.com the products are collected, packed, and sent to customers within three working days from the moment the arsuppliesfinland’s payment systems has accepted the payment. The products purchased are to be sent to the address provided by the customer.

If the purchased products are not available in the artsuppliesfinland.com the products will be sent to the address provided by the customer after the product arrives from the third party or after the product is manufactured and the product’s conditions can meet the requirements of delivery.

Availability of the products is being listed in the product’s page in the arsuppliesfinland.com.

Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy is not responsible for delays and preventions in mail delivery or delays and preventions occurred with the delivery’s operating carriers.

Delivery Methods

Mail Package

Mail Package is delivered to the mail deliverer’s service point according to the address provided by the customer. The mail deliverer informs the delivery’s recipient on the arrived delivery. The mail deliverer may inform on the arrived delivery by e-mail, phone, sms, or letter. The delivery recipient is obliged to claim the delivery in the mail deliverer’s and in mail deliverer’s service point’s set time for claiming the delivery. In the case of unclaimed deliveries the products are to be returned to Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy.

The Finnish legistlation is being applied in Itäisenkadun Kehystämö and artsuppliesfinland.com considering all actions regarding the unclaimed deliveries.

The terms regarding claiming delivery, keeping mail, and keeping unclaimed mail at the mail deliverer’s service points are being set out by the mail deliverer and by the mail deliverer’s service point in the country of delivery.

Letter

Orders of total weight under 2kg, and maximum 9cm thick can be delivered by letter to the address provided by the customer. If a post service is unable to deliver the letter to the address provided by the customer, the letter is to be delivered to a post delivery service point according to the address provided by the customer. Post service informs on the arrived letter for the customer by e-mail, letter, sms or phone.

Terms considering claiming arrived letters, keeping letters and keeping unclaimed letters by the post service points are being set out by the local postal services.

Itäisenkadun Kehystämö may deliver letter-sized orders by mail package if the product’s, order’s or delivery’s rate, or quality, or another legitimate reason of the product’s or delivery’s type requires the change of the delivery method.

Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy is not responsible of damages possibly occurred during delivery by letter if the customer has requested the shipping method to be by letter service.

Pick Up Package

When customer chooses the delivery method Pick Up Package the customer’s order is being collocted and packed within three workind days to be picked up from the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö’s store in the address Itäinen Pitkäkatu 31, 20700 Turku. If the ordered product(s) or part of the ordered product(s) are not available at the store or in the ware house the customer’s order is being collected and packed in the next working day after the missing product(s) have arrived to the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö’s store or to the ware house. Availability of the products is being demonstrated in the product’s purchase sheet in artsuppliesfinland.com

When the delivery method Pick Up Packed is chosen the customer is obligated to inform a telephone number where the customer receives a message when the order is available to be picked up from the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö’s store. Itäisenkadun Kehystämö keeps the ordered products available for the pick up for a period of 90 days (three months). After the 90 days period the unclaimed products are being returned to the warehouse and the customer loses the right to claim the order. The Finnish legislation is being applied in Itäisenkadun Kehystämö when considering the arrived orders, keeping the orders in Itäisenkadun Kehystämö’s store and returning the unclaimed products to the warehouse.

Carrier Service

Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy can deliver the orders made in the artsuppliesfinland.com by using the authorised carrier services if the product’s, order’s or delivery’s rate or quality or other legitimated reason in the product’s or delivery’s type requires shipping by a carrier service.

Terms of Reclaiming

Terms of order canceling, order change and customer returns

The customer is obligated to get acquainted with the content of his order and with the ordered products during 14 days from the date of receiving the delivery. The customer has the right to make reclaimings, change the order, cancel the order, and return ordered products in a 14 days period from the time of receiving the delivery.

Itäisenkadun Kehystämö is not obligated to accept order canceling, order change or return of the products in cases when the product has been manufactured specifically for the customer according to the customer’s request.

The customer has the right to change the order, cancel the order and return ordered products only if the returning products are undamaged, are fully preserved in their original condition, and saleable to be resold. The customer is obligated to return the products with maximum care by using the product’s original packaging and following all points of reasonable precaution protocol.

Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy is not obligated to accept returning products if the product’s or package’s labels, seals or tags are broken, changed or detached. When returning a product, the customer is obliged to return all the parts of the product undamaged and in their original condition, in the product’s original undamaged package.

In the case of returns, customer is required to follow the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö and artsuppliesfinland.com customer returning instructions. Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy is not obligated to accept the customer returns wich are not made by following the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö and artsuppliesfinland.com customer returning instructions.

Accepted reclaimings, customer returns, cancelled orders and changed orders are to be compensated and refunded in 30 days from accepting, by using the customer’s original payment method.

If the reclaimed payment is made with credit card, the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy will refund the customer’s credit card through the credit card issuer.

Payments made by internet bank transfer, are to be refund in the case of reclaim to the bank account provided by the customer. The customer is required to provide both his IBAN number and BIC code of the bank in the customer returning sheet.

Payments made with PayPal are being refunded to the PayPal account announced by the customer. The customer is required to announce his PayPal account’s information in the customer returning sheet.

Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy is not responsible of delays in payment systems of credit card issuers, banks or in any other payment gateways information systems.

In the case of customer return, Itäisenkadun Kehystämö will compensate normal and conventional costs of returning. Itäisenkadun Kehystämö is not obligated to compensate costs of returning in the case when customer is making a partial returning.

Itäisenkadun Kehystämö is not responsible for damages in the product if the returning product is packed uncarefully, or by not following the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö and artsuppliesfinland customer returning instructions and applied precaution protocoll in full detail. If the product is damaged due to the actions of the customer, the customer will be charged with costs of return and the costs of the damages.

The Finnish legistlation is applied to all actions conducted by the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö and artsuppliesfinland.com regarding the customer returns, order cancellings, order changes and reclaims.

Customer Returning Instructions

If a customer wants to return the ordered product, the customer has to contact Itäisenkadun Kehystämö by e-mail and inform on forthcoming customer return or product change.

The customer is required to fill the customer returning sheet received in the delivery. Customer is recommended to take a copy of the returning sheet and is required to attach the original returning sheet inside the returning package. The customer is recommended to preserve the copy of the returning sheet as long as the returning is being accepted and the customer has received a compensation, possible refund or new product replacing the original product. After this the customer is recommended to preserve the copy at least additional 3 months.

The returning product has to be undamaged, unused and in it’s original package. The returning product has to be in its original condition. The customer is being reminded to return all the parts of the product or the order.

If the original order was paid by using internet bank transfer, the customer is required to announce in the returning sheet both his bank account number as an IBAN number and the bank’s BIC code. The customer is being informed to contact the bank services provider to receive the correct BIC code. Itäisenkadun Kehystämö will compensate or refund the account announced by the customer according to the IBAN number and BIC code provided.

If the original order was paid by using PayPal account, the customer is required to announce in the returning sheet his PayPal account’s information. Itäisenkadun Kehystämö will compensate or refund the PayPal account announced by the customer.

The customer has to protect the returning products while returning it, and pack the products in their original or similar package with care and by following usual pre-cautional protocol in full detail. It is customer’s responsibility to return the product and the package undamaged.

The customer is expected to write the return address to the package, or attach a label with the return address to the package. As a return address the following shall be written : Customer Return, Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy, Itäinen Pitkäkatu 31 A, 20700 Turku, Finland.

If the order was delivered by mail or letter, the return can be sent via local post service.

If the order was delivered by carrier service, the return needs to be taken back to the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy by the authorised carrier service’s office to be sent to the returning address. The customer is being informed to use the same carrier service for re-turnings as the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö used for a delivery at a first place.

Customers are being informed to make sure to get a receipt on the returning products. Customer is recommended to preserve the receipt as long as the returning or reclaiming is being accepted and the customer has received a compensation, refund or the new product replacing the original one. After this it is recommended to preserve the receipt additional 3 months.

Changing the Product

Customers are entitled to replace the ordered product with the other product by making a customer return of the unwanted product by following the customer returning instructions.

When replacing the ordered product with another product, the customer shall mark in the returning sheet the box indicating replacing the product with an other. After this, the customer orders a new product from the artsuppliesfinland.com. The possible compensation or refund is to be made by Itäisenkadun Kehystämö Oy according the payment method used by the customer.

Customer Complaints and Reclaims

If The Itäisenkadun Kehystämö has sent damaged or unordered product, or made a mistake in the order, the customer can cancel and return the order by following the customer returning instructions.

If there was a damage or a mistake in the order, the customer should mark in the returning sheet the box indicating damaged product or a mistake in the order. The customer is obligated to make a description of the mistake or the damage in the returning sheet.

If the customer complaint or reclaim will not be attached to the returning product, or the customer would like to consult the Itäisenkadun Kehystämö or the artsuppliesfinland.com, the consultations are recommended to be maintained via e-mail.
